Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training - IN PERSON Weekend Program and 28 Day Intensive

About the Training Program

200 hr Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training (KYTT) is offered once a year at Ready2Grow Yoga. The training program is in person and is designed for personal development in the mind-body-spirit connection. The program is Yoga Alliance certified and registered which means it follows the list of required competencies that assures your credibility once certified as completing the training. Both a 28 day intensive course in July and a Fri-Sun weekend option from April thru Oct (first weekend of the month) are available. Class size is small, attention is personal and personalized, & Sally, the Lead Trainer teaches all classes. The training includes a retreat together July 14 - 20, 2024 in Gatlinburg TN.

There are a lot of ways to get a cheap YTT certification with almost no confidence building to actually teach once certified. This is the opposite of that.

The KYTT Gatlinburg Retreat

We cover modules 4 & 5 during the week long retreat so there are 50 hrs of course work, with some of it being time to read, contemplate & discuss the Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita poolside or overlooking the woods. We also go white water rafting and hiking together during free time. Electives include learning how to wrap a turban, how to tongue scrape/gag, & Yoga Nidra. The price of the retreat covers the housing and breakfast. The participants cover the transportation to TN, optional rafting trip, and grocery store shopping for the remaining meals.

The Cost

Most students are resource tight. Most don't think they can afford it. Those who think they can make it happen because the universe is supporting them in their purpose.

Early bird discount is $2750 paid in full by February 28, 2024. Payments are made under Events after the application is accepted.

Early bird discount payable by monthly payments starting in January with last payment in Dec 2024 is $250/month, this is whether or not you do the 28 day or the 9 month weekend option. Payments are made under Events after the application is accepted.

Residential fee is separate from cost of program, if applicable.

Non early bird investment is pay in full $3250 before the first class or payments that divide $3500 by the number of months from application acceptance to Dec 2024.

Print off the PDF of the application, fill it out, and send it to the e-mail address above. You'll hear back within 48 hrs about acceptance.

Then you make payment and receive the training manual so you can start to get excited about your new journey into Self discovery!
