This beginner level yoga is adjusted to the students participating.

Service Description

Zoom and in person available. Styles of yoga vary based on the needs of whoever is signed up for class. Yoga styles possible: restorative, power, flow, Yin, stretches, workshopping postures and combination classes

Cancellation Policy

Please note that effective Jan1st, 2023 canceling or rescheduling a class within four hours of class start time will still result in the loss of the class payment. For unlimited class pass holders, a fee of $15 will be charged.
