Service Description

These sessions are by appointment and are structured to meet the specific need of the client. Examples include: I want to learn the poses quickly and I need some private tutoring to do that. I want to learn a specific pose because I'm afraid of it. I need some help working with that fear and the specifics of the pose to do it safely over time. I'm at a cross road and I need a session to discuss and plan. I want to change and don't know how.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that effective Jan1st, 2023 canceling or rescheduling a class within four hours of class start time will still result in the loss of the class payment. For unlimited class pass holders, a fee of $15 will be charged.
