Service Description

These classes are tailored to the participant’s needs. Types of yoga possible for your session: stretches with talking, Yin Yoga, restorative yoga, flow yoga, and kundalini yoga. Each session is booked independently after conversation with Sally about what and when for the session. Sally will see the purchase come through and will reach out for details of booking.

Cancelation Policy

Please note that effective Jan1st, 2023 canceling or rescheduling a class within four hours of class start time will still result in the loss of the class payment. For unlimited class pass holders, a fee of $15 will be charged.
