Zoom Workshop Graceful Aging Series (2 of 6)

This workshop is about the causes of memory loss and ways to try and prevent/minimize it.  There is also an applicable kundalini exercise sequence and meditation.

The cost of this zoom workshop is $20.    You'll sign up through this website, load the free version of Zoom.us onto your computer or i-pad, then the day before the workshop I'll send you the ID code to use after you've logged into your zoom acct.

All workshops will be held on Sundays from 2-4 pm at Ready2Grow Yoga.  One will be offered each month.
