Zoom October Book Club “The Gift of Our Compulsions” with Group Coaching

Wed and Sundays at 6:30 pm one hour group coaching on the topic of conditioned, protective compulsive behaviors. Read 3 chapters of the book each week and think about 2-3 reflective questions in preparation for the sessions. Come to all sessions or as many as you can attend. The coaching is deep.
