Friday any time from 4 - 6:00 pm come to the house and get settled in.
6:00 pm Light dinner with meet and greet.
7:00 pm Opening Circle
8:00 pm Enter silence
free time to read, journal, practice indiviual yoga, meditate, etc.
6:00- 9:00 am coffee, tea, light breakfast available
11:00 am - 1:00 pm light lunch available
5:00 pm dinner with eye contact and coming out of silence
6:00 pm closing circle
