When we look inside our hearts our true self awakens. Join us as we lean into our spiritual heart space reconnecting to our most authentic self and inner beauty. Gain insight and techniques to quiet the inner critic and lead a more heart centered life.
This 2 hour in-person workshop will include a slow flow and restorative postures to open the heart space, meditation, lecture and discussion.
