Her classes will always end in a quiet restful meditative pose to make sure you leave refreshed and content. On any day, you can find Colleen practicing yoga around town, cuddling with her two cats at home, & enjoying fresh vegan food with friends.
Sally is certified as a 200 hr level Holistic yoga instructor, 200 hr level Kundalini yoga instructor, and level 1 & 2 Reiki practitioner. She retired from 30 yrs at OSU Medical Center, traveled the world for 3 yrs, then settled in to help others deepen their practices at her home studio/retreat space, Ready2Grow Yoga.
