This noon to 4:30 pm workshop includes lecture, discussion, restorative yoga, meditation and free time. It's a wonderful first retreat experience for those wanting to start incorporating more dedicated time to their personal development. In person and Zoom options for participation.

About the Event
This is a facilitated, entry level workshop designed for inner exploration. After some yoga and meditation, we'll have a light lunch and start discussion of barriers to our personal development. We'll transition to action planning/commitment by the end our time together. The cost includes optional weekly follow ups for 40 days to help with sustainability. Zoom and in person are options for the workshop and the follow ups.
