The dates and location of the retreat are negotiated between the client and Sally. If Sally travels to your home, the the federal reimbursement rate for mileage applies and the hours of travel time is subtracted from the contact hours provided. Details of the agenda of the retreat is based solely on the outcome goals requested by the client. Retreats tend to involved a high proportion of shadow work so the feelings that come up for release are often dense. Past clients say that a 2-5 day retreat of this nature compares to up to a year of therapy. Methods used during the retreat include kundalini yoga and meditations, visualizations and metaphor recreation of somatic holdings of early life trauma, compassionate inquiry, coaching, etc. The retreats include a lot of non traditional intuitive attuned woo-woo that is effective, but not really explainable to others.
